As a Capital Market Services license holder, GXS Capital is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and we are subject to the customer assets protection rules under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA) and the Securities and Futures (Licensing and Conduct of Business) Regulations (SF(LCB)R). Under the regulation, we are required to set up account(s) with specified financial institution to hold customer's money. These accounts are designated as "Trust Accounts".
Trust Accounts will be maintained in accordance with Regulation 17 of the SF(LCB)R.
1. Funds held in the Trust Account are segregated from GXS Capital's own funds and will not commingle with GXS Capital’s own funds.
2. Funds deposited in the Trust Account are held on trust by GXS Capital for and on behalf of the borrowers/investors.
3. Your funds will remain fully protected and segregated from any of GXS Capital’s assets or liabilities and thus protected from GXS Capital’s creditors, even in the unlikely event of insolvency of GXS Capital.
